1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and lg999 ("lg999", "We", "Us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the lg999 website at lg999.club and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment facilities.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any part of the lg999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the lg999 platform.

lg999 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to refuse, suspend, or close your account if eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the lg999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your lg999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number (for JazzCash/Easypaisa verification where applicable).
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your lg999 account.
• Notify lg999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

lg999 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time. This typically includes submission of a copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) and may include proof of address or source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed required KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

All financial transactions on the lg999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lg999 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank bank transfer
• Bank Alfalah bank transfer

The minimum deposit amount at lg999 is Rs 500. Deposits via mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) are typically credited to your lg999 wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the sending institution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. lg999 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply its own charges.

lg999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused where account verification is incomplete, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the lg999 platform — including sports bets, casino wagers, and live dealer bets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the lg999 system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet before confirming placement.
• lg999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or manifest mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

lg999 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry dates, and eligible games.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• The creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• lg999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Where lg999 reasonably believes that a Player has abused any bonus offer, lg999 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities in connection with their lg999 account:

• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Attempting to defraud lg999 or other players through collusion, chip dumping, or any other scheme;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the lg999 platform;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your lg999 account;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or unfair play in connection with live dealer or multiplayer games.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lg999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the lg999 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or disruption to service.

lg999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. Access to the platform may be suspended for maintenance, security upgrades, or technical reasons at any time without prior notice. lg999 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of such interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits lg999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

lg999 is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated from within your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
